  Searched my credit report without my consent, hadn’t had any dealings with them and wasn’t even aware that they existed prior to Experian and Equifax notifying me that they had been nosing through my financial situation at their leisure....

  do you see the immense amount of effort this firm putting into hiding its reviews and done this after they were not successful in manipulating their reviews as every 4star they have is written by someone who have only reviewed once. I don't know why Google don't do -5 stars as thats the only thing this firm deserve
  
  This is likely the most fraudulent firm you are likely to deal with, they are more interested in your valuation and application fee and they will then use their inefficiency to ensure you loose the property you are hoping to buy and do all that is possible to frustrate your life . the worst of this organisation product offering is its bridging finance but they won't warn you as its not a bridging finance as you know it as the process is more lengthy than most normal mortgage!!
  
  don't even bother thinking you will have your complain health with in a fair manner with this firm as their whole company strategy is based on "escapism" where they blame everyone else but never see the problem with their own approaches, process and people. i am at a stage where i am contemplating litigation action against shawbrook as i believe this is not an honest or ethical business to deal with
