  Customer NOT Care: BUT THEY ARE NOW BEING EXCELLENT, MARVELLOUS for which I am very grateful indeed.
  
  I have been in my new home for almost 2 years and accept that snaggings will need to be rectified along with any defects, BUT and it is a huge BUT, Countryside refuse to respond to emails within a timely fashion and even fail to respond within a fair and reasonable time. I wrote to the MD to express my extreme dis-satisfaction with the lack of communication with the customer. Action Plans are something they have never heard of.
  
  It is now a week since I emailed by letter, and they haven't even had the professionalism to acknowledge or make a short call. My experience is that they are truly disgraceful on communication.
